How to handle CLEANGLAS and cautions.
Handling
As it is heavy, make sure to use precautions at a time of loading, unloading and transporting.
Do not kick the product at a time of loading and unloading and make sure not to apply impact to the product by dropping to the ground.
If impact is applied to both edges at a time of transporting, it might cause damage to the product.
Storage and Precautions
Keep it at an angle of 10 degrees (perpendicular lading) and make sure that the thickness is 30cm or less.
Make sure to lade products of the same size on even pallets, and if the products are in different sizes, make sure to lade them in the order of the size.
Make sure to keep it in a flat and clean place without dropping water.
Avoid a humid place where there is a direct ray of sunlight, rain leaks and temperature goes up to 40 degrees or higher.
Do not keep PC on PVC mat or recently constructed concrete floor or in a place which harmful chemicals and oil can be infiltrated, to prevent cracks.
Precautions with regard to protective films
Make sure that protective films are not kept in a place with a direct ray of sunlight for a long time.
If it has been kept at 60 degrees or higher for a long time, it is not easily detached.
Make sure to remove surface protection films (paper, vinyl) right after construction.
If protective films are not easily detached, apply chemicals (lsopropyl alcohol, naphtha, butyl cellosolve-2-butoxy ethanol etc) for 15 to 30 minutes before elimination.
Cutting and Hole processing
It can be cut off by using a saw and the eyes need to be protected during a work.
A saw needs to be used when the designated number of rotation is reached, and if the cut-off side is uneven, it needs to be polished with a metal wire or sandpaper.
Cutting speed should be high and transfer speed should be low when you amputate.
Holes need to be larger than the bolts when they are used to hold the PC product in consideration of the rate of elasticity.
If bolts are used to fix the product, it might cause a crack.
How to Adhere (Adhesion using solvent)
It is the simplest way of adhering polycarbonate. (Ethylene chloride solution is used)
How to wash
Remove dust with clean water and apply detergent, methane or ethane to cloth or a sponge to swipe it before rinsing and drying.
Precautions
Do not use materials that might be worn, alkali detergents, benzene, gasoline and acetone toluene etc.
Do not clean it under a hot ray of sunlight or in a hot temperature.
Precautions in using sealant
Non=acid alcohol silicon needs to be used. The chemical reaction from Oxime type of sealant can cause cracks or whiteness on the surface.
Make sure not to fill silicon in the hole of Archilight and double-layered sheet.
